This necklace by Tiffany & Co. from their Etoile collection features a small puffy heart shaped pendant with (5) diamond accents set in fine .950 platinum bezels that sits on a Tiffany & Co. chain with a spring ring clasp crafted in fine 18k yellow gold. The necklace shows light surface wear with an original worn polished finish and no major cosmetic issues.
