This key ring designed by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. from her iconic 'Open Heart' collection features an elongated open heart crafted in fine sterling silver. The key ring shows surface scratches and finish loss, the key ring is still tight and there are no major cosmetic issues. This key ring will be accompanied with it's original Tiffany & Co. blue suede snap pouch.
This key ring was examined by a GIA graduate gemologist to verify the authenticity of the stones and/or metal purity. All of our pre-owned items are guaranteed authentic.
