This serving fork by Tiffany & Co. features their patent 1905 Shell & Thread pattern with the hallmarks representing the initial of Charles T. Cook (1902 - 1907) crafted in fine sterling silver. The fork shows average surface wear with a lightly worn polished finish and no monograms or major cosmetic issues.
