For your consideration is an Antique Art Nouveau Adolf Mayer Germany .800 Fine Silver Gold Wash Repousse Cigarette Or Trinket Box in very good pre-owned condition. This cigarette or trinket box by the German firm of Adolf Mayer features gorgeous repousse work depicting a woman playing a tambourine with accent floral and vine motifs and a gold wash interior crafted in fine .800 silver. The box shows average wear throughout with a worn polished finish, wear to the gold wash interior, one side of the lid is slightly raised when closed and no monograms or major cosmetic issues.
This cigarette/trinket box was examined by a GIA graduate gemologist to verify the authenticity of the stones and/or metal purity. All of our pre-owned items are guaranteed authentic.
