This necklace designed by the firm of Stefan Hafner features a gift box pendant with accent diamonds that opens to showcase a dangling ruby heart and hangs from a chain all crafted in fine 18k yellow gold. The necklace shows light overall handling wear with an original lightly worn polished finish and no major cosmetic issues.
