These earrings show excellent detail and are beautiful vintage examples of the craftsmanship that went into making Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry. These lion head door knocker earrings are sure to make the wearer as fierce as the lion with four beautiful .10 carat diamond accented eyes with D - E color and VVS clarity set in fine 18k yellow gold. This classic design by VCA was made popular by Nancy Reagan in the 1980's. THESE SPECIFIC EARRINGS WERE NOT OWNED BY NANCY REAGAN. Lion heads measure 27.25mm by 24.5mm (not including the ring).
