A Series of 1928 F $5 Small Size Legal Tender Note Fr#1531Wi Wide I (IA Block) Clark/Snyder signatures graded Choice Uncirculated 64 Exceptional Paper Quality (EPQ) by PMG. This note displays a nice off white paper color, red seal and serial numbers and fairly even margins. One light brown stain appears near the top right obverse corner and runs through the reverse. United States Notes’, otherwise referred to as Legal Tender Notes or ‘Greenbacks’ were a type of paper currency issued from 1862 to 1971 under the First Legal Tender Act.
