Stunning and such a rare find. Judging by the size this is definitely there limited run items. Paloma Picasso Large Emerald Cut Amethyst which measures approx 20mm x 18mm x 13mm. The amethyst is Extremely Vivid and shows the finest purple hues. It sits in a 18k gold basket with knots as prongs and the side view of the knots are the famous "X". The lock on top also has the famous "X". This is a hand made piece. The Lock that opens is 14k the rest of the piece is 18k. They did this because the higher carat gold, the softer it is and the lock needs to be sturdy. Obviously done by a skilled jeweler who knows the technical aspect of the craft. The pendant has been tested and is marked "Paloma Picasso". Great preownd condition. No cracks/chips or scratches on this beautiful amethyst.
