Product Description

For your consideration is an Antique 1930's Western Electric Model 202 D1 Rotary Telephone Base, E1 Handset & Model 684A Ringer Box in very good pre-owned working condition. This rotary desk phone by Western Electric features the model 202 D1 style ovular base, E1 style handset and model 684A ringer box. The phone and ringer box has a brown threaded cable that was modernized to be used with todays jacks/phone lines. The phone overall presents well with minor defects such as paint chipping in the area where the handset rests, oxidation on the surfaces of the metal, small nick on the outer rim of the ear portion of the headset and some fading on the center portion of the rotary dial. The phone was plugged in and receives a dial tone and the ringer box rings correctly.
