For your consideration is an Antique Patent 1880 Gorham Old Medici Sterling Silver Gold Wash Cream Ladle in very good pre-owned condition. This cream ladle made by the Gorham Manufacturing Company features their patent 1880 'Old' Medici pattern crafted in fine sterling silver with a gold washed finish on the interior of the bowl and a ruffled edge. The cream ladle shows light to average surface wear, scratches on the interior of the bowl, gold wash interior is mostly preserved, overall the ladle has an original worn polished finish and is monogrammed on the back side of the handle.
