A 1795 (Philadelphia Struck) $1 Small Eagle, Bolender-14, Bowers-Borckardt-51, Off Center Draped Bust Silver Dollar graded About Uncirculated (AU) Details (Improperly Cleaned) by NGC. This piece displays a dark grey "cabinet" style silver color/tone, light traces of wear throughout and excellent visible details. Considered to be the first variety for this year, the bust of Liberty is struck left of center; the tip of her top hair curl falls between the 'I' and 'B' of 'LIBERTY'. Sharp visible details still present with light wear on the high points. Evidence of cleaning on the obverse where the darker fields have been disturbed into a light grey.
