For your consideration is an Antique Eloi Pernet Attributed .800 Fine Silver Money Clip hand crafted from an 1847 A (Paris Mint) 5 Francs coin minted during the rule of Louis Philippe and struck in .900 Fine Silver in very good to excellent pre-owned condition. The money clip is not hallmarked with Eloi Pernets mark and the coin is not countermarked however this piece is attributed to the company. The money clip shows off it's original light grey silver patina with light to average surface wear and the coin (although cut in half) shows off a light original luster under the patina-ed surfaces and excellent visible details.
