For your consideration is a Vintage Ladies Cartier Tonneau Ref 1945 24mm 18k Solid Yellow Gold Quartz Watch in pre-owned working condition. This watch shows some signs of wear and features a 24mm by 28mm 18k solid yellow gold case (not including the crown, lug to lug), white dial with black roman numerals and dial markers, 18k yellow gold crown with a blue cabochon sapphire accent, fine Swiss made quartz movement and genuine red leather two piece strap with an 18k solid yellow gold deployant buckle. Watch case shows some light marks. Case back is missing one screw. Red leather shows some normal wear but is solid and ready to wear. Deployant buckle shows some scratches and has it's original polished shiny finish. Strap will accommodate up to a 6.5 inch wrist. Watch is in running condition.
