This watch by Cartier from their Tank Americaine line features a 34.8mm x 19mm solid 18k white gold watch case, white dial with roman numeral hour markers and blued steel hands, custom aftermarket diamonds on BOTH the watch case AND crown, original Cartier 18k white gold bracelet with a double folding clasp and fine Swiss made quartz (battery operated) movement. The watch shows minimal light surface wear with a high polish and brushed finish, clean crystal and dial, no major cosmetic issues and running watch movement.
